In close cooperation with our project partners and various universities, we work on projects in the field of applied research and development. Pilot and demonstration projects are undertaken alongside our building commissions.

Applied research and development

• KTI Project Effi-Win
  Client competency in building projects; supported by K.M. Marketing, ZHW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur) and various project partners. This research project led to the publication entitled "Effi Win: The Manual for Clients ".
• KTI Project Bonus
  Research project within the framework of the EffiBau programme; supported by the ZHW, KTI and various project partners. This research project led to the publication "Ecological Construction Practice”.
• BIGA-Project: Ecology and biology in building engineering
  This project demonstrates how far construction work can be reconciled with the demands of building ecology and biology. This research project led to the SIA Documentation D0122.
